Maybe you’ve tried sleep training your child- you did your research online, but you are finding conflicting information or are just not seeing consistent results with your child.  If you’ve been struggling to get a full night of sleep with your baby or toddler, it’s time to consult a specialist.

Lauren will analyze how your household runs & create a custom sleep plan tailored to your family’s needs. She’ll go over the sleep plan in detail, as well as make herself available to you via text or email throughout the duration of her services.

they just need to be guided, and set up for success.

Just like practicing to crawl, to walk, or any other milestone, a baby needs time to practice getting themselves to sleep. Teaching your child how to sleep should be just as important as teaching them how to chew foods, or how to swim. All babies are born with the drive to sleep, but once they are older, and wake in the night, they need to learn how to go back to sleep, effortlessly connecting their sleep cycles.

During the first year, there are some sleep regressions, and always hiccups, but sleep coached babies have a much easier time working through them. When you prioritize teaching your child sleep, you are setting them up for a lifetime of proper growth and development. Good, restorative sleep is the foundation of a healthy lifestyle, for all in the family.

Most families looking to sleep coach their child, want to do so as “quietly” as possible. However, there is no such thing as a “no cry” sleep training method. All require a change in their current routine, and that can be hard for babies and children to go through. A change in a child’s routine will most often result in some form of protest. However, that doesn’t mean that it shouldn’t be done. With that said, I don’t use the “cry it out” method. I believe in finding the right method based on your comfort level, the child’s temperament and other surrounding circumstances. All of my sleep plans are tailored specifically for your child and your family, and each one is different from the last. My goal while coaching you, is to give you the confidence needed to teach your child these new skills, and methods, and to do so as peacefully and gently as possible.

“First off let me start by saying sleep training is possible for toddlers with LH Newborn Services help; super amazing.
